I’m a sucker for a monochromatic look. It’s flattering, slimming, and sophisticated. And while a vibrant shade of red or just about any shade of blue works great, I’m partial to neutral colors such as beige, black, taupe, brown, navy, gray, burgundy, cream, or a rich and earthy shade of green. Few things are more grown-up than a head-to-toe look in a single color, and this monochrome green outfit is no exception.

For this look, I layered a cozy knit top over a summer tank dress and knotted the sweater in the back to prove I have a waistline under those layers. The look is casual, chic, and super comfortable.
