Pairing prints is one of my favorite fashion challenges. When two or more different patterns come together the result can be disastrous or fabulous.
In this case, the risk to pair a leopard print coat with this teal blouse with it’s white and black cats and sporty black and white vertically striped bands at the neckline and wrists paid off. Together, they make each other better and more interesting than they are by themselves.
For added warmth and to anchor the neckline a bit, I layered the blouse over a black fitted turtleneck.
I found these J.Brand wide-leg jeans at a thrift shop in Atwater a few weeks ago for about $15. They fit like a glove and work great with this look (a long-sleeved top tucked in at the waist.)
What I’m wearing: Blouse by Zara, turtleneck by Tees by Tina, high-rise, wide-leg jeans by J. Brand, leopard coat is a few years old from Topshop, but this one is almost identical, and black pumps are Stuart Weitzman.
